Frequently Asked Questions
Parents must bring their children to and from the foyer before and after the class. Gymnasts must take shoes and socks off before going on to the gym floor placing these and their drink bottle into one of the pigeon holes available.
Gymnasts should wear comfortable clothing that is suited for gymnastics, eg. shorts/bike pants and crop tops/leotards. Club T-shirts and competition apparel are available at the club, please see our Uniform Shop located in the hall next to our Club Tuesday and Thursday nights and the third Saturday of each month. Please also bring a bottle of water with your child’s name on it (no juice or cordial). Long hair should be securely tied back and no jewellery or dangling earings are permitted.
Gymnasts must be dropped off and picked up from inside the venue, but parents are welcome to leave during the class.
No, classes are scheduled so that the older athletes can fill the later times in the gym so that there is more space for younger athletes in the earlier sessions. There is some overlap in the late afternoon sessions so that families with different aged children can come at the same time.
