Gymnastics For All (Recreational)

Our Gymnastics for All program offers children of all ages the chance to enjoy the fun, challenge, and rewards of gymnastics in a supportive environment. With six progressions -Entry, Foundation, Development, Intermediate, Advanced, and Elite – athletes move up as they build skills, strength, and confidence.

To make sure every child learns the skills most suited to them, boys and girls train separately on their own set of apparatus. Girls work on beam, floor, vault, bars, and trampoline/tumbling, while boys train on floor, vault, bars (including parallel bars), rings, pommel, and trampoline/tumbling.

Entry
Perfect for beginners or those moving up from PreGym, this class introduces gymnastics fundamentals in a fun way. Athletes build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning skills including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, trampolining and beginner bar work.

Foundation
For gymnasts ready to build on the basics, this level develops strength, body control, and technique. Athletes refine core skills while progressing safely across all apparatus.

Development
With strong foundations in place, gymnasts begin tackling more complex skills and challenges, focusing on technique, consistency, and strength in a supportive environment.

Intermediate
Designed for athletes ready for higher-level training, this class builds advanced strength, flexibility, and precision while expanding skills across floor, beam, bars, trampoline, rings, pommel and vault.

Advanced
For dedicated gymnasts mastering intermediate skills, this level develops advanced elements such as back handsprings, tucks, kip drills, and acro combinations. Conditioning and body shaping are key to safe progression. Entry is by coach recommendation.

Elite
A non-competitive option for athletes who love the sport and want to keep challenging themselves. This class suits those beyond the advanced level who are motivated to set personal goals without the time commitment of competitive gymnastics.

Getting Started
To begin your child’s journey, simply book into an Entry class. From there, our coaches will guide them to the level that best suits their skills.
