Tea Tree Gully Gymsports would like to provide the following update.
Government restrictions have been lifted to allow a maximum of 10 athletes to train outside.
We will not be undertaking outdoor training as this is difficult to schedule with inclement weather; each member would need to provide their own equipment; and we are also restricted with what training can be performed as per Gymnastic Australia’s insurance.
Government restrictions proposed to be lifted to allow a maximum of 20 athletes to train inside.
We are looking at offering modified programs from June 9th (8th is a public holiday). These sessions will be sent direct to the specific groups as finalised. This also takes into account no more than 20 people are allowed in the venue at one time. You will be required to book in and pay online to sessions during this 6 week period.
We anticipate being able to provide the normal school holiday training sessions for competitive squads. We may also be able to offer our school holiday OSHC programs.
Government restrictions proposed to be lifted to allow groups of up to 100.
We anticipate starting all programs as normal in Term 3.
These timelines are all subject to government restrictions at the time.
Tea Tree Gully Gymsports has taken into consideration new social distancing, cleaning and hand hygiene measures; automated check ins (attendance) and moving to cashless non contact transactions.
If you will not be returning to classes in Term 3 please advise us by return email ASAP as we will be applying term 3 fees in readiness for full start up.
Please note: if you have not yet downloaded the iCP app or updated the link to our new customer portal please do so before classes recommence, all future transactions will be done through these portals.
